Well, we have made these beautiful and practical Jar Openers. They are perfect for not only Jars but cordial lids, oil bottles... well, anything with a screw top lid that just won't budge. They are 20cm x 20cm. We have made them a little larger, so it is easier to hold on to. They are great for people with arthritis, elderly or anyone who struggles to open a jar. While I am young and fit, I have found using the Jar openers I don't have to worry about may hands being wet or moisturised when cooking. It allows me to open tight lids easily.
